3 O’Balneo Package includes 3 spa treatments per day, half board and access to the resort’s health and relaxation facilities.

The 3 O’Balneo package includes:

• Accommodation – minimum 3 nights in a Standard Room
• Half-board (breakfast and dinner based on an account sheet amount of 80 RON/person/day). The meal is served in Allegria Restaurant, and the account sheet only includes dishes from the à la carte menu. The account sheet amount is included in the price and is not refunded if it is not used.
• 3 spa procedures / day / person at Alma Health Center, on the recommendation of the doctor, which may include, depending on the diagnosis*: saline bath with mud, mud wrap, bath with saline plants / fresh water, therapeutic massage with essential oil, mud massage, paraffin applications, low and medium frequency electrotherapy, ultrasound, laser, galvanic bath, magnetotherapy, underwater shower, hydromassage.
• Medical consultation carried out by the balneologist doctor

*Therapies with sapropelic mud and salt water from Lacu Sărat are contraindicated in the following conditions: uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions, such as uncontrolled arterial hypertension, atrial fibrillation and heart rhythm disorders, venous thrombosis, stroke, myocardial infarction, acute febrile conditions , chronic conditions in periods of acute exacerbation, infectious diseases, states of profound weakness regardless of the cause that produced them; malignant tumours, repeated and abundant haemorrhages of any kind, pathological pregnancy in any month and normal pregnancy over three months, epilepsy, blood or system diseases with alteration of the general condition (pernicious anaemia, leukaemia, lymphomas), dermatological diseases with potential for contagion or with large unsightly lesions, psychopaths with social behaviour disorders, chronic alcoholism or heart, kidney or liver failure, parasitosis, diseases at the limit of organ decompensation (diabetes difficult to control with food and medication) or sick people who cannot take care of themselves.

At Alma Health Center, therapies can be performed daily, including weekends, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Other services and facilities included in the 3 O’Balneo package:

• Access to Alma Health & Fun during the summer – sandy beach and direct access to the lake for mud baths, freshwater pool, saltwater pool from the Salt Lake (free towel, sunbed and umbrella).
• Access to the indoor saltwater pool, maximum 1 hour/day and bathing sessions of maximum 20 minutes, therapeutically recommended
• Access to the indoor freshwater pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna and salt room with Himalayan salt
• Free parking subject to availability
• Access to the multisport field

SPA BONUS
