Where are we?

Alma Health & Spa Retreat is in Lacu Sarat Resort, Brăila County, just two and a half hours drive from Bucharest or even less if you come from neighboring counties. The road is free, both during the week and on weekends, so you will avoid the crowds of classic holiday routes.

Reservation and cancellation policies:

• The discount is valid for reservations made until March 31, 2025. Taxes are included.
• The offer is valid for stays of at least 5 nights, between June 1 and September 30, 2025.
• The rate will be paid in full in advance, in lei, at the BNR exchange rate on the day of payment, at the time of booking.
• Prices include VAT.
• The stay can be paid with all types of holiday cards.
• For cancellations, a penalty of 100% of the stay rate is charged.
• Offer valid during the period for a limited number of reservations, depending on availability.
• The offer is not valid during public holidays.
  
  Child supplements:
• 1 child 0 – 5 years old benefits from a free package, without an extra bed, in a room with 2 adults.
• Children 5 – 12 years old:
  • – without an extra bed, a supplement of 110 Lei / child / stay is paid for breakfast and dinner, accommodated in the same room as the parents.
  • – with extra bed, a supplement of 50% of the value of the place in the double room / stay is paid.
• Children between 12 years – 18 years – a supplement of 70% of the value of the place in the double room / stay, accommodation in an extra bed, breakfast and dinner included. Extra beds are only available in certain Superior Rooms.
• The third adult person pays 70% of the place in the double room with breakfast and dinner.

What else can you do in the surroundings?

After a day at the beach or on cooler days, we offer you some ideas for spending free time in the surroundings. In the Lacu Sărat resort, saline aerosols are beneficial for the respiratory system and for detoxifying the entire body. So, try to spend time outdoors, whether you walk along the alleys of the resort park, play football, basketball or tennis on the multi- sports field at Alma or go with the children to the playground in the center of the resort, where you can also work out on the fitness machines for adults. Then, just a 5-minute drive away is Brăila Mall where, beyond shopping, you can go
to the cinema.

The city of Brăila, with its historic center like a film set from the early 20th century, the Maria Filotti Theater, one of the most beautiful theaters in Romania, the port, the Danube waterfront and the Small Island of Brăila, is just a 15-minute drive from the Lacu Sărat resort. Brăila is a port on the Danube, so you can walk along the waterfront, choose one of the Lacu Sărat or Chira Chiralina boats or, if you want a memorable experience, we recommend a boat ride to see the Brăila Bridge at sunset. And if you are a nature lover, we recommend a visit to the nature and bird paradise of the Small Island of Brăila.
