Appointment

A proper conduct of the therapies requires a prior reservation at the reception, subject to availability.
In the case of package therapies, the appointment will be made after the medical consultation.

Arrival

In order to enjoy your therapy time and to satisfy everyone’s wishes, please be punctual. Otherwise the duration of the procedure will be shortened. For a proper effect and experience , we recommend that you bring your treatment sheet to the surgery.

Change / Cancel appointments

To avoid unpleasant situations we appreciate that the cancellation or modification of an appointment to be communicated to Alma Health & Spa Retreat at least 24 hours in advance. In the case of guests staying in the hotel, procedures cancelled without notifying the Spa Reception at least 2 hours in advance will be deemed to have been carried out and will be charged.

Health issues

If you are requesting therapies/relaxation packages and do not wish a medical consultation, please complete the questionnaire on the website or at reception. Specialist advice is always invaluable for the preservation of your health, which is why we recommend that you consult a specialist in Physical Medicine and Medical Rehabilitation and take advantage of the centre’s state-of-the-art technology.

Good to know

For your convenience we recommend that you do not consume
alcoholic beverages or indigestible foods before therapy. Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns. Use the equipment as instructed. Use non-slip, quiet slippers, preferably a bathing suit under your bathrobe, received from the reception. In the gym, we recommend comfortable and appropriate clothing. Treat the staff as well as other guests with courtesy and respect.

Mobile phones

To ensure a relaxing environment for all our guests, please
turn off the sound of mobile phones. In special situations please inform the therapist about the urgency of a phone call. In all circumstances whatsoever, please adopt a quiet voice to respect everyone’s comfort.

Lost items

The staff of the Centre does not take responsibility for loss of personal belongings. Please store your personal belongings in the cloakroom or in the safe provided.
